I'd heard that longtime London resident Gary had moved to manage a pub out in the sticks. Having not seen the man for a couple of years it was time to stop off and check out the mans premises, make sure he wasn't living in too much squalor

Gary shared a house with us back in the 80's in Ealing.
Quite a motley crew

THE BLOB
"Mark Hobson"
GARETH
"Turkey Balls"
EAMON
"Nally"
THE BISH
"Mark Davies"

This is the pub. With hard graft Gary has managed to increase the turnover by approximately £6.50 a week
I first met Gary in 1985 when he moved in next door asthe girlfriend of out neighbour, Carol. To escape the house full of girls he'd come round to play Risk, but we soon got sick of him sitting in Australia and had to ban him. Gary used to pose down the Kings Road back then when punk was already well dead. I'm half expecting him to get into the "New Romantic" scene fairly soon and am sure I saw a Spandau Ballet CD lying around. An erudite man with a sharp tongue finely honed by verbal joustings with the likes of Nigel down the pub, Gary has a phenomenal collection of books, magazines. I was wondering where he kept them all. I was soon to find out.
A few boxes lying around in the corridor and the usual minty bedroom, but the real action was in the living room!! See the video!
Gary is hoping for a pay off in a few months time to enable a move back to London with a wad of cash.

A view of the rooms and a few pearls from the man himself.
